Last updated: 06/06/2025
Effective Date: 06/06/2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to VisaClick. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and VisaClick ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
VisaClick is a visa application management agency dedicated to simplifying the visa application process for clients. We provide support in preparing, organizing, and submitting visa applications; however, VisaClick is not a legal advisory firm and does not provide legal immigration advice. We operate as an independent entity with no affiliations to government or immigration authorities.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to facilitate the processing of your visa application. Any inaccuracies may affect the outcome of the application, and VisaClick assumes no liability for delays or denials resulting from inaccurate information.
- Compliance with Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing visa applications in your country of residence.
- Use of Services: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with visa applications.
4. Fees and Payments
Service Fees: VisaClick charges a fee for its services, which may vary based on the type of visa, application complexity, and other factors. The fee structure will be communicated to you prior to starting the application process.
Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where VisaClick fails to initiate the service due to internal issues. VisaClick is not responsible for refunds of government application fees or other third-party charges incurred during the application process.
Full Refund Conditions: A full refund will be granted if:
- VisaClick has made an error in the processing.
- The processing has not commenced within 48 hours of receiving the required documents from the client.
- The client cancels the process within 24 hours of payment, in which case they are eligible for a 100% refund of both the government fees and the service fee.
Government Fees and Consular Charges:
- 100% refund of government fees and consular charges if no payments have been made to the respective government entities.
- If the cancellation occurs before 24 hours but the full application information has not been submitted, the client is eligible for a 100% refund of government fees and a 90% refund of the service fee, as administrative and transaction costs have been incurred by the team in initiating the applicant's platform development process.
Partial Refund of Service Fee:
- Partial refunds of the service fee (up to 50%) will only be granted if BOTH conditions are met:
- The client has not initiated direct work with their assigned agent, AND
- The cancellation request is made within the first 7 days from the start of the process on the platform
- After 7 days from starting the process on the platform, or after direct work with the assigned agent has begun (whichever occurs first), there will be NO refund of the service fee. This is because the company has already invested significant resources in monitoring, developing, and managing the client's case personally.
- A 4% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover bank transaction and credit card administrative costs, based on the total value of the transaction.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
General Clauses: Refunds will be processed in accordance with the outlined conditions and may be subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that the visa is rejected by the Government and the Money-Back Guarantee Insurance has been purchased, 100% of the service fee will be refunded, less the consular fees, which are non-refundable and non-transferable. The refund will be processed upon confirmation of the visa rejection in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.
Verification Process for Refunds: All claims of visa rejection made under the Denial Pack are subject to verification by the company. We reserve the right to review and validate all supporting documentation provided. In order to ensure the efficient processing of refunds, claimants are required to submit all necessary documentation promptly and to allow us the reasonable time needed to complete the verification process. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or forfeiture of the refund. This clause is an integral part of our company policies regarding refund procedures.
5. Limitations of Service
